Explore the routine
From your next trip to today’s notes.
A place for your plans, the time you spend outside and the observations you want to keep.
- Today, at a glance
The essentials on about one screen: hourly UV, your sun session, golden hour, your next trip, your journal and care.
- Plan: Trips and Routines
Two separate sections. Trips keeps your next places with their forecasts and checklists; Routines keeps your care routines and programs from 14 days to 12 weeks.
- Journal, in one card
Your journal opens on a single summary card. Keep notes, sessions and, if you choose, your own photos; report, compare and export are in the “…” menu. Labelled cosmetic simulations stay on your device.
- Sol, your coach
Ask Sol about UV, your routine or your next trip. Cloud answers are a separate choice in Sol settings. Sol can suggest a change; you decide whether to apply it.
- Cards to share, with Sol
Share your care level, your golden hour or your summer story as a card with a short link. Sol appears on each one. Cards show your counts and your level, never your records.
- Golden hour and care levels
Turn on a golden hour reminder if you like, follow the countdown and share a card when it ends. Six care levels, from First Light to Zenith, are earned with care days in a row, each with its own icon; a rest day does not take a level away.
- Apple Watch and widgets
Start and finish a sun session and check UV from your wrist with the Apple Watch app. Widgets bring today’s sun to your Home Screen on iPhone and Android.
Inside the app
